We offer Free Shipping

  • Orders over $250+ Canadawide is free, Orders under $250 flat rate shipping is charged.
  • Orders over $300+ to USA is free, Orders under $300 flat rate shipping is charged.

We offer to cover 50% of shipping charges on bulk orders over $400+ Internationally to Australia, New Zealand and UK. orders under $400 flat rate shipping is charged. 

Domestic Shipping

We are pleased to offer Expedited Shipping across Canada. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will be shipped via our trusted carriers. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3-6 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer Expedited and Express International Shipping to select countries USA, New Zealand, Australia & UK. International orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs processing and delays, with most orders arriving within 7-12 business days. 

Shipping Rates

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. However, if you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will do our best to help resolve the matter with the shipping carrier.

Returned to sender packages:
Orders returned to sender due to shipping address errors or failure to collect your package in a timely manner from the postal or courier service will result in a refund minus all applicable shipping charges.
